Otherworld 2023

This mix was a fun one for me.  The build came fairly easy.  I had all the pieces, I just needed to find the right spot for everything.  It starts off at 127bpm in the realm of techno.  Slowly working onto some chill breaks.  Then upping the tempo into the 130s with some higher energy electro.   The back half the mix is 140bpm breaks, into some fast percussive 150bpm stompers. First performed at a sweet little Soirée in Shawnigan Lake BC Canada, amidst some absolutely wonderful people - it felt a perfect place to explore a more organic soundscape; I'm happy with how it came together!
