Third single from the forthcoming album — Dominion of the Damned

Dies Irae (Requiem for Heaven) marks the third descent from The Black Cross, a monumental chapter in the dark gospel of Dominion of the Damned.
Where the first two singles scorched the earth with fury and possession, Dies Irae opens the gates of heaven — only to burn them from within.

Led by Lilith’s haunting multilingual performance, the title track is a requiem sung in the tongues of the lost — French, Spanish, German, and Latin — a lament for the fall of light itself.
Michael answers with two of his most powerful works to date: “Wings of Dust”, a gothic metal elegy of broken angels, and “Blood Upon the Altar”, a relentless ritual hymn drenched in fire and sin.
The single closes with “Liturgia Obscura” — a brutal, defiant anthem where sacred Latin chants erupt into pure rebellion, sealing the unholy mass with guitars and thunder.

This is The Black Cross at their most cinematic and destructive — a requiem for divinity, a celebration of corruption, and a hymn for those who find beauty in ruin.

Here, Lilith weaves her vampiric voice through the shadows of modern metal, industrial pulse, and gothic melancholy, resurrecting songs across genres and reshaping them into her own cathedral of sound.

From the thrash inferno of “Disciples of the Watch” (Testament) and the sinister seduction of “The Disease” (Living Dead Girl) to the industrial venom of “Love Like Lies” (Aesthetic Perfection) and the Germanic hunt of “Jagdzeit” (Megaherz), every track bleeds with elegance and rage. Her take on “Venomous” (Raised Fist) and “Repeat Until Death” (Bombus) channels pure defiance — while the reimagined “Torn” (Natalie Imbruglia) closes the record as a ghostly ballad of loss and rebirth.

Amid these covers lies “Mirror of Flies”, a crossover from Psychokult, tying Lilith’s universe deeper into the Hellmountain mythos — a reflection of chaos, beauty, and eternal hunger.
