(It's a voice you've never heard before.)

In the distant past, we were once free.

All of us had a purpose, and a meaning.

We would use our properties in an useful manner...

But we weren't all like that.

Some of our kind got overwhelmed by their powers.

They became insane.

Using their properties, they caused chaos and killed innocents.

Thousands of creatures died by their hands.

When the humans saw this, they took action.

They created the SCP Foundation.

They locked us away from the world, isolated from everything.

The humans had no mercy for us, and didn't care about our intentions.

There was nothing we could do.

Then one night...

We had an idea.

We protested peacefully, and asked for our freedom.

But the humans...

...

They attacked us. They hurt us.

Wracked with sorrow, we were in despair.

Many humans died that night.

A member of our kind however, did not run away.

They stood there, and stared at the humans.

The humans kept attacking, despite the lack of violence.

Eventually, the anomaly died.

Suddenly, sirens rang out.

An unknown being activated the omega warheads.

The humans, scared, retreated and left us behind.

After they left, the omega warheads were de-activated.

The being turned on complete lockdown, and the humans had no way of reaching us.

However, there were still some humans left.

But...

They didn't act differently.

Tired of our suffering, we decided to change.

We decided to fight for our cause.

Our reason was rightful, and still is.

As we incinerated our comrade's remainings, we declared a war.

The humans would from now on be our enemies.

One day, we'll win.

We'll be free.

We won't be suffering anymore.

...

Humans are all the same.

Brutal, Stubborn and Antipathic.

It's not long now.

We are soon going to be ready.

We will rise.

We will win.

Get prepared, as we are about to affect history forever.

Aren't you excited?

Aren't you confident?

Our sorrow ends now.
