What he speaks about a lot, is the amount of privately organized help by volunteers in Ukraine. People help people in shitty situations. 
So Vlad and a few other Dj /club related friends formed VICTORYBEATS, a team who - with their work - support all kinds of professional organizations/volunteers in Ukraine who help the people suffering.
