ZERTANAk hamahiru musika - geldialdiz markatua den portulan baten itxura du. Gogo aberasgarriak diren bariazio horiek itsaso - bidaia zerumugan duten bazterrean sortuak dira.

	Eskuko telefonoan edo tabletan entzun daitezke (33 minutuzko luzera), Abadiako eremuan in situ materialki egiten den oinezko ibilaldian, itsasbazterrean.

	Edo beste leku batean, irudimenezko ibilaldian.

	Argazki - literariozko Arkotxaren kontaketa Hendaiako portuari eta plaiari lotuak diren hamahiru argazkitan eta entzuten diren hamahiru testutan deklinatzen da, frantsesezko auto-itzulpenak ikus daitezkeelarik. Guztia, ingurumen osoan zabaltzen den ozeanotik jalgitzen diren hamahiru uharte harmoniko balira bezala, Suarezen hamahiru sorkuntza elektro -musikalekin ezkontzen da.

	Bi sortzaileen lanak SoundClouden entzun eta ikus daitezkeen uhartedi - kontaketak dira. Batek kanpoan itsasbazterreko paseoetan dabilelarik molde jarraikian, edo itsas - soinua eta itsas - airea zuzenki sentitzeko , noiztenka 'deskonektatuz', entzun ditzakeenak. 

	Batek bere etxean ere, bere baitako meditazio - ibilaldietan entzun ditzakeenak.

ZERTANA prend la forme d’un portulan émaillé de treize escales poético-musicales qui sont autant de variations méditatives nées sur le rivage avec le voyage maritime pour horizon. 

	Elles peuvent s'écouter sur portable ou tablette (durée 33 minutes) lors d'une balade réelle in situ au Domaine d’Abbadia, le long du littoral.

Ou en un autre lieu, en balade imaginaire.

	Le récit photo-littéraire d'Arkotxa se décline en treize photographies du port et de la plage d'Hendaye auxquelles viennent s'ajouter treize textes lus en euskara par l'auteure et dont l'auto-traduction en français apparaît sur Soundcloud. L'ensemble s'imbrique dans les treize créations électro-musicales de Suarez qui sont autant d'îles harmoniques, de stations poético-sonores émergeant de l'océan omniprésent.

	Le tout forme un récit archipélagique à la fois audible et visible sur SoundCloud. À écouter en extérieur lors de flâneries côtières, en continu ou en se 'déconnectant' régulièrement pour être envahi en direct par le son et l'air marins, le fracas des vagues. 

	Ou à écouter chez soi, lors de déambulations méditatives intérieures.

	L’utilisation d’un casque audio rend l’expérience plus immersive.

I am a classically trained musician based in London and I work as a composer for film, visual art and performance. 

Key to my practice is collaboration. From my numerous experiences in working with people who live at the nexus of political, mental health or environmental situations, I have become fascinated in how sound frequencies resonate and impact human emotions. So this year I embarked on a research about this subject called 'Connections', thanks to Arts Council England funding support.

Originally from the Basque region and a classically trained musician, Isa Suarez is a London based composer, producer and singer-songwriter who creates contrasting sound worlds spanning a range of genres across film, visual art, VR and performance.

Her compositions stem from her passion for how music can impact emotions and respond to the human condition and nature. From expansive orchestral scores, mesmeric soundscapes to bold electro-beats and delicate melodies, Suarez enjoys writing in a variety of styles and has an affinity for atmospheric and choral music: she combines her versatile approach with a strong sense of narrative and inventiveness. 

She has worked extensively for film and performance as well as producing large scale installations and audio-walks in collaboration with a diverse range of organisations and artists including: Tate Britain, Barbican, South Bank Sinfonia, Artangel, Mimbre, The Ora Singers, Teatro Vivo, Glastonbury and Edinburgh International Festivals, Cape Town and Berlin Art Bienales, Zena Edwards, Ackroyd &amp; Harvey. 

She has scored more than 30 films, featured on BBC, ITV, National Geographic TV, Channel 4, La Sexta/ Spain, France 3 as well as at film festivals including: Cannes Film Festival, London International Film Festival, Raindance Film Festival, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Hollywood Film Festival, Santa Cruz/USA, Pusan/International Korean Film Festival - Recent awards include: Best 360° Film Awards at the Cannes World Film festival and Beyond The Curve International Film Festival 2023; Jury Prize Award at Agadir International Film Festival; Nominations at FAFF/ Fine Arts Film Festival/Venice-California.

She has also created projects that explore human rights, ecology and community engagement through performance, music and lyrics, in collaboration with organisations such as People United, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, War Child and Extinction Rebellion
