We have Amelia Holt in charge of this week's Rhythmic Culture podcast. The Mexican born, NYC-based artist is a regular and distinctive part of the Brooklyn club scene. Her DJ sets fuse Latin rhythms and electronic beats, transforming the dancefloor into a culture-bending, otherworldly experience.

Her mix is a perfect soundtrack to the sunny days ahead. "It's for summer. Inspire people to get back to dancing," she points out. Enjoy the groove.

This mix is sort of my personal take on downtempo, the majority of the mix is made up of 90s/early 00's goa trance records at 33RPM (pressed at 45). Fortuitously a large portion of these I obtained cheaply in Sydney while recording shopping with Danny Wild following a Moontown Records party I DJd in October 2019.
