This page is a portfolio of tracks that have been produced and recorded over the last two decades by Ahmed at his studio 'Retro Central'. 


Specialising in the combination of contemporary and vintage technology, Ahmed uses production techniques most suitable to the track. He takes pride in every track that leaves his studio is of the highest quality and is known for his perfectionist approach.

Retro Central is equipped with legendary equipment formerly owned or used by:

John Lennon, The Darkness, AC/DC, Madonna, Steve Harley, Madness, The White Stripes, The Arctic Monkeys, The Stone Gods, Seasick Steve, KT Tunstall, EMI Abbey Road and Sony Whitfield Street Studios.

Iscalis were originally formed in February 2013; they are a trio of folk musicians playing original, and traditional material, based in Portsmouth UK. The band features Helen Wallace-Bell on vocals and percussion; Charlie Wallace-Bell on guitar, tenor guitar, and bouzouki; Wayne Wells on mandola and mandolin.

Iscalis are available for bookings; we can provide a sound system if required.
