Music for the gym.  I came of age dancing to 80's synth at the Starck Club, then moved on to Tracks in WDC, then my NYC drcade included Sound Factory, Sound Factory Bar, Roxy & all those Saint at Large parties during the 80's & 90's.  My fondest memories are Sunday afternoons at Body & Soul at Shelter on Varick Street.
