Welcome to the first episode of "❍ Starscapes," a planetary mix series where we embark on a journey through the galaxies exploring the enigmatic worlds, radiant stars, planets and celestial tapestries that inhabit our universe - through the ethereal layers of ambient, meditative & drone sounds and emotions.

Episode number 1 is dedicated to the crystalline waters of Mintaka (Delta Orionis δ Orionis), a multiple star system located 1,200 light-years from our Sun. Together with the two other stars, Alnitak and Alnilam, they form the illustrious trinity known as Orion's Belt.
In Egyptian mythology the stars of Orion's Belt hold profound symbolism, intertwined with themes of rebirth and resurrection. Legend is that Osiris, the revered deity of the afterlife and rebirth, found his eternal repose within the celestial bounds of Orion's Belt.

According to the wisdom of the Egyptians, the gods themselves descended from the realm of Orion's Belt and Sirius. It was believed that the divine beings took form as humans - Osiris and Isis, from whom the rest of human civilisation unfurled. Ancient writings bear testament to the inseparable bond between Orion and Osiris, fusing the two into cosmic kin.

Oh, such wonderful times. 

Spending a Friday night with my dear friends, new and old ones, hanging out in Hütte at Ritter Butzke, in a very laid-back environment, which felt like the extension of our living room. While the Into The Desert party was running on full-steam, we were enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of this space to connect, bond, and groove. After my good friend https://soundcloud.com/farn-berlin opened the floor, I took over with a 2h DJ set and finally closed the stage with this live set. With big gratitude for everything that happened that night, I hope this set allows you to look deeply within yourself.
