“Hey y'all! My name is Omar aka L4NCELOT. I'm a DJ based out of the Bay Area. I love playing a lot of more aggressive styles of electronic music whether it be trap, dubstep, future bass, and even some drum & bass. Although, I still have a soft spot for the early 2010's era of EDM with Progressive and Big Room House. Ever since I first got into electronic music, I had a really strong desire to learn how to mix and produce music. While I'm still in the early stages of learning both, I feel like I've already gained a LOT of insight from so many amazing people I've had the pleasure of getting to know. I feel like everything I've been putting out now has been a culmination of everything I've learned and experienced.”

“In this mix I've prepared for y'all, it deals very heavily with subgenres and sounds within EDM that I feel I gravitate very closely to. A whole lot of heavy trap, dubstep, and melodic bass with some hip hop influences. More recently, I've grown to really appreciate a good amount of the artists coming from the Sable Valley collective and a lot of that appreciation can be found in the mix.”

I love mixing bass house or progressive house when it comes to energetic sets, I love mixing melodic and bass when it comes to creating a more cinematic / atmospheric set.

I wanted my LGCY FM mix to represent myself as an artist in totality; conceptualizing my own being, musically. I created a flow of energy that I felt best showcased my true style with genres I love most. I truly felt in my element while making and listening back to this 100 times over. "Hi! :) My name is Kyle and I DJ by my last name "Lee". I'm from San Jose, CA, and I love high energy trap music as much as I love emotional melodic bass music.  I hosted my own livestream festival series called "Shelter 'n Bass" during quarantine, and I've been lucky enough to make some amazing friends in the DJ community that inspire me to keep creating! It's an honor to appear on LGCY FM along side so many people I look up to!

I wanted to create a mix that captured my taste in music and displayed the sound and energy that I put into my mixes.
