This was one of the most difficult sets I ever played, it was 40 degrees (I had to put my computer in a fridge before playing LITERALLY!!), the sun pointing directly into The Reactor, the sandstorms were so hard that I couldn't even see what was happening around me, and other tough stuff I can't remember now.... But this created the perfect ravy sexy sand storm I was looking for. It was a longer set, but unfortunately the conditions and some technical difficulties just let us record this, but I'm sure is quite enough to share the moment with you.

In my ribs you will see the logo of my camp (Cirque du Shlapy) that was pretty much what made it possible for me to go to Midburn, otherwise I wouldn't have a place to sleep haha but for real it was possible thanks to all their love, inspiration and support.

Headwaters is an electronic music collobration consists of two individuals, Engin Ozbatir and Onur Okutan.

In 2010, Engin, whose interest in electronic music has dramatically increased by means of the decisive influence of numerous local and foreign musicians that he has listened at “1888-Nightclub” in Izmir, has started his career at the relevant club as Resident DJ

Onur has started his perfoming career via playing electro guitar at his early ages and carried on his passion by composing his own songs.
Throughout his bachelor degree he had the chance to improve his competency on playing numerous instruments including but not limited to piano, violoncello and trumpet.

In recent years, as he has moved his productivity to electronic music, by the inspiration drawn from the infinity of the sounds used during production process, he decided to have his master degree on sound engineering.

Consequently, Headwaters has existed via combination of music knowledge and instrument skills of Onur and wide electronic music experience of Engin.

SIMBAYA - Afro House Mix @ Mexico - Puerto Escondido 2021

Music for open-minded, open-hearted dance floors.
Born in Mexico City with Israeli roots Isi decided to move to Tel Aviv in 2014 to start his career as a DJ and producer.  
Now based between Mexico City and Berlin, the Mexican/Israeli “Isi Audi” delivers a very special live performance combining his own productions with improvisation and unexpected samples. Since 2018 Isi created this live performance to separate himself from the average “DJ” set. Full of cosmic dreamy sounds, mighty groovy 80s Italo baselines, 2000s leads, and ethnic housy percussions, that remind early uplifting electronic music.

This has led Isi to be a guest in truly special venues and festivals in the world like Thuishaven (Amsterdam), Sisyphos (Berlin), Factory93 (USA), Signal Festival, Cova Santa (Ibiza), amongst others.
  
Isi is the founder and curator of “The Shanghai Cafe”
“The Shanghai Cafe” is a monthly inclusive rave inspired by the kitsch Chinese restaurant culture and the Chinese zodiac, who invites artists from different underground scenes to collaborate and present themselves to a mixed crowd.
