This week we are happy to have our next Scottish artist hailing from Glasgow, up and coming producer and DJ, AISHA. Having recently joined forced with Animal Farm, Rosie has been making some noise with her recent releases on the mighty Soma Records.  If you havent had a chance to check her tracks then we recommend checking them out.

The Paris based Frenchman has been kind enough to supply this weeks mix for our ismcast series. Lacchesi, co-founder of Maison Close, has been on the rise for some time now releasing music regularly on his own imprint as well as remixing for great artists such as Darzack. He has also dropped tracks which he has worked on alongside artists such as ABSL, Francois X and Mac Declos to name just a few.

The mix is just over an hour of bouncy, abstract techno displaying quite a unique sound which we absolutely love.

Get ready as we dive into our resident @acierate closing from our SYNOID October Weekender for Podcast 153. For their closing set at RSO, Acierate took us on an adventure through various styles and shapes that they love!

Acierate started with dark, atmospheric sounds across 4 channels. They masterfully built up the tension of rhythms, layering them into an intense yet harmonically unified experience of musical expression.

,, While following the dynamism of the setting, it is all about creating and telling stories within the set for me. Breaking the forward pushing flow of a hard, groovy & fast paced mix by starting a new chapter of sounds following the vision of shaping the emotions towards the closing. The first half of my closing is a combination of rave, hard, groove, acid, dark & uplifting tunes, seeking to make you move. ‘’

DLV has carved out a unique niche in Europe’s techno scene with his intense yet eclectic sound. As a DJ, producer, and label owner, his passion and dedication have earned him releases on prestigious labels such as Amelie Lens’s Exhale, KlangKuenstler’s Outworld, and Voxnox. While DLV’s earlier work leaned towards hard techno, his current style is more rhythm-based, playful, and percussive, drawing influences from both old school and contemporary sounds. His background as a hip-hop DJ has contributed to his versatility, enabling him to skillfully integrate vocals and melodies while maintaining his artistic integrity. Originally from Vienna and now based in Berlin, DLV gained recognition with the underground hit “Rave Instructor” and recently launched his own record label, “Misguided.” Supported by artists like Anetha, Frazi.er, and KI/KI, Misguided showcases DLV’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of electronic music.

DLV aims to release more vinyl records, each showcasing a unique facet of Misguided’s vision. Additionally, he is preparing a defining VA compilation to further solidify the label’s distinctive identity. DLV is also focused on refining his sound and working on an album that he plans to perform live in the future. This year, he will release two more remixes: one for an upcoming artist on his label, and the other of his most played track of 2023, “No Love Only Pleasure” by Selective Response, which will be part of that label’s 5-year anniversary.
