Raised in a quiet farming town in Illinois, Lily’s first outings with electronic music began after relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area, co-founding the Diacritic Collective - a group of music devotees passionate about vinyl culture - and later landing a residency at the long-running As You Like It parties. Fast forward ten years later and Lily resides in Berlin where she has unleashed her dexterous selection of techno, electro and leftfield electronics at institutions like Tresor, Pornceptual and Bewegungsfreiheit. Her production career spans over a decade, including releases on Perfect Location Records, Vinyl Dreams Records, As You Like It Recordings and compilations by HÖR Music, Bewegungsfreiheit and Perimeter Junk. Channeling her US roots and fusing years of experience with newfound inspirations in Berlin, Lily looks toward the next decade with hope, passion and an innate sense for the eternal groove of the dance-floor.

Futurepast mix 12 is a finely crafted collage of contemporary ambient gems and more unexpected oldies from an influential character of Brussels techno scene.

Having recently launched his own label efja, he is known, with his partners of the Metropolis crew, to be the ambassador of a richly textured sound, focused on progressive grooves and immersive textures.

Firmly based on solid references such as the timeless collaboration between Alva Noto and Ryuichi Sakamoto, this mix features atmospheric sceneries and polar waves as well as skeletal rhythms and liquid dubs.

BMG on Samhain:
"It's the Celtic holiday that Halloween spawns from. It was the loop point, the new year. Ancient people dealt with grey areas in strange ways, the change between years caused this loose period existing between the end and beginning. This is where it gets interesting: they believed dimensions were colliding in a sort of interdimensional crosstalk, where the planes of the living and the dead were touching, so the dead could walk the earth. A way to convene with your ancestors, and a great reason to burn fires and scare your friends and neighbors. There's way more to it, most of it can't be written, it can only be felt, which is usually elusive but somehow easy at this time of year."
 
The original recurring party for Interdimensional Transmissions is Samhain, celebrating the ancient Celtic holiday that acknowledges the loop point of time, and the origin of IT. Had there not been Covid-19 the plan killer, we would have had the 20th anniversary of this party in Detroit, with Eris Drew headlining. As it stood, we celebrated Samhain XX with an over the top stream celebrating so many facets that we find fascinating, a place for total immersion into interesting music and cutting edge thoughts for a whole weekend at our favorite time of year. This was broadcast continuously for over 30 hours on October 31 — November 1, 2020. 
 
If the world is going to burn, this is what we want to hear, who we want to be surrounded by. Thank you so much to every artist for sharing your art and musical vision. And thank you to Jim Gibbons (AVS) for mastering all the audio, Andrew Charles Edman for the psychedelic visuals and all the art layers from Amber Gillen. Israel Vines started DJing in 1994 and has been releasing a slow but steady stream of his own productions, collaborations, and remixes since 2010. As a DJ, he is known for deep and heavy sets that range from Techno to Drum & Bass and all points in between, and his work as a producer stretches to similarly varied yet cohesive territories. Schooled in the 90’s U.S. Midwest scene and based in Los Angeles, Vines embodies a clear and deep understanding of the foundations of Techno and its multiple offshoots without being mired in referential history mining – a knowledge of the past with an eye toward the future.
