Episode 9 | Resisting settler colonialism - Part 2

In the final episode of this podcast trilogy, we move closer to the current time and discuss the plausible genocide case that South Africa filed against Israel at the International Court of Justice in the Hauge, over the war on Gaza. A lot of legal questions have arisen after the two hearings, and the announcement made by the ICJ.
