MattMoksa breathing music since 1992, Italian based in Ibiza. Always been traveling and diving in the world as in the music. From the family to any connection in his life, music has been always the core. Graduate in Milan in Sound Engineering, Sound design and Music Production. Based now in Ibiza working  with the biggest Labels record and Broadcasts. With his set he can bring us into a deep journey with the shapes of Organic Downtempo, Progressive House and Melodic House.

Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Journey Series!

On this edition we welcome Djjuliimmaï (@juliimmai)

djjuliimmaï‘s musical style is as capricious and diver- se as life itself. Variations of house and minimalism blend smoothly with ritualistic music from around the globe. 

His DEEP HYPNOTIC SOUNDS mesmerizes crowds, turning the dance floor into a spiritual place. The element of hypnosis is key in Juli‘s idea and performance of electronic music.

Born 1982 in Lübeck, serendipitously on the day of a massive city festival, it didn‘t take very long for Juli to become a resident DJ at the Lübecker Eishaus Club at the age of 18.

After moving to Berlin in 2006, he was deeply inspired by a then rapidly evolving techno scene. Heavily influenced by the famous Bar 25 and the Fusion Festival, djjuliimmaï took his experience to Freiburg, then run- ning the White Rabbit Club. 

From there, in 2016, the record-spinning hypnotist launched his own series of club & festival events Moody Music and Kundalini Express.

The events also took off internationally and djjuliimmaï fell in love with the Hungarian music scene. He spent years there, maintaining the local underground music scene by organizing events in plenty of Hungarian venues for electronic music: › Feszek › Kert › Lärm › il Panorama.

This included curation, sound engineering, lighting- & stage design, and also catering. Because of his deep love for festivals, Juli‘s most cherished moments were his performances at the Sziget Festival, Taka Tuka and the Ozora Festival, where he‘s been a resident DJ ever-since.

After some week for rest, here I am again with this first session of my “Styles” series with this first Deep House session “Marine Sunset” that I hope you like. I wanted to make a very sweet, deep and soft selection, to start this new season very gently, wanting to combine sweet tracks with deep tracks, trying to achieve the effect of sea waves. I met him on the Dancefloor somewhere out in the woods on a small but very lovely minival,.. after he played a very nice Dancing session... i´m so happy that i asked him to create a recording for "Zimt&Zucka" .. Enjoy!!

As well there is a small storie to to tell:)

On a Friday, the little snail named Fritzi was on her way home.

As every Friday in summer, Fritzi recognized music from the far distance. She felt a strong urge to move her body rhythmically. Everytime she heard the music, she was on the verge to follow the sound. But her belief system told her: "You can´t dance without legs."

"Who makes these rules?", she asked herself angry.

She was tired of being limited by these rules and decided to follow her intuition. So Fritzi followed the music to its source.

Once arrived, her body rhythmically began to move on its own. The little snail danced the whole night.

She felt like she never did before. Fritzi was happy, that she followed her intuition and didn´t listen to others.

Since this night, she raves every Friday and shows her middlefinger to everybody, who tells her she can´t dance.

After a roller coaster summer this mix is the result of all the emotions that are moving inside of me. Perpetual shaking with incredibly high and crazy powerful low frequencies. Into the groove of unknown i let your ego dance, make it vent to create a new time of compassion and understanding.
