Disco Modernism records is proud to announce the return to action of now legendary Italo producers Francesco Rago and Gigi Farina, who released during the first part of the 80's several cult disco records under different alias as Atelier Folie, 'Lectric Workers, Expansives, Message From The Future, Wanexa and Decadance. Now, after 30 years since the original release, On And On (Fears Keep On) is been re-produced by the Italoconnection team in collaboration with Rago and Farina with the addition of female vocalist Vik. The result is a completely new refreshed version but still true to the moody and unique dark spirit of the original.
To enrich the packaging there are 3 essential remixes created by the great and respected danish dj-producer Flemming Dalum, by the very talented italian producer Sandro Codazzi and by underground cult dj's Leo Mas and Fabrice. The release is strictly limited to 300 double vinyl copies, the digital release will include the additional Italoconnection instrumental mix.

Italoconnection is the result of over twenty years of friendship and occasional creative meeting between two electronic underground scene agit-props in Milan. Fred Ventura and Paolo Gozzetti produced, arranged and mixed a host of dancefloor tracks in their individual careers with great continuity and clarity of intent.
Since 2010 they decided to join forces and give more continuity to their electronic raids using the pseudonym Italoconnection.The aim is to revive the glories of the early ’80s Italo Disco in a modern form. The Human League, Hurts, Ou Est Les Swimming Pool, Raffaella Destefano and Flabby are just some of the artists who have had italoconnection rework ….

Il team Italoconnection è il frutto di oltre venti anni di amicizia ed occasionali meeting creativi tra due agitatori della scena underground elettronica milanese. Fred Ventura e Paolo Gozzetti, con estrema continuità e con una grande chiarezza di intenti, hanno prodotto, arrangiato e mixato una moltitudine di brani dancefloor nelle loro carriere individuali. Dal 2010 hanno deciso unire le forze e di dare più continuita alle loro scorribande elettroniche utilizzando lo pseudonimo Italoconnection che lascia chiaramente intuire la volontà di rinverdire i fasti dell’italo disco dei primi anni ’80 in una forma moderna e non ostentamente retro.
