Grant Aaron | Common Multiverse Initiative (Mysteries Livestream)

The last Introspective Electronics chapter of 2021 is a truly special one for us. It doesn’t often happen an artist makes a truly deep mark in such a short amount of time. We discovered the work of Inhmost earlier this year through his incredible album ‘The Meaning Of…’ out on the powerful Bern outlet re:st and never looked back. Due to a string of fortunate circumstances, we had a chance to become a sort of online pen palls and started weaving a friendship together which was leading the way to the release of this incredible mix you are listening to now ✨🌚🌝✨

Inhmost is an ambient project of UK-based Simon Huxtable who made a significant impression on the late 90s downtempo-infused D’n’B scene as Aural Imbalance. Apart from his LP out on re:st, he has released on Oslated’s dub ambient sub-label Huinali, Toronto-based Stasis Records and has collaborated with Auxiliary’s boss ASC on two long-players released on the label this year  ✨

This chapter of our Podcast Series is a tour de force of gently drizzling emotions that patiently and tenderly unfold from the meddle of rich soundscapes made up of the elements - ether, water, earth and fire. Each track is flowing seamlessly into the next on this journey that oscillates in time with the circle of breath. One wonders what might happen if we close our eyes and let all the impressions turn into feelings, let them roam free. One wonders…

Born and raised in the Loire valley, a tiny piece of heaven near Nantes, Oreste has always been surrounding by trees, old castles and ruins. This calm and pastoral surrounding remains an endless source of inspiration for this 24-year-old ambient producer.
Oreste is carrying out a project in connection with his environment. His sound compositions reveal a vast universe, like a firmament of ethereal layers under which a variety of organic and watery textures swarm, a world sometimes crossed by a fog of disturbing strangeness.
Deeply inspired by the fantastic musical ambient music microcosms, his desire to contribute to it shapes his ethereal sound and aesthetic.

After working in the shadow for a while he begins to make his path slowly in the electronic ambient world, and being released by several labels such as Lett Records , On board, Multipass records, Rites, and more soon. Lately, found his own one « Emerald Garden Records » with a first surprising physical release.

'Silver Streams is the third ambient full-length from Emile Facey under the Plant43 moniker. Better known for his electro output, the UK producer has been writing and storing up atmospheric synthesiser experiments alongside his dancefloor oriented output since his last ambient LP ‘The Countless Stones’ released on Bandcamp in 2020. This meditative, evocative eight track journey is typical of Facey’s beautifully rendered emotional output and is a perfect match for the stunningly atmospheric artwork, also by Facey, which accompanies the album.'
