Marky V-lectro is a dynamic Dutch EDM DJ and producer hailing from Arnhem, the Netherlands. With a deep-rooted passion for both the nostalgic beats of the nineties and the cutting-edge sounds of modern electronic dance music, Marky V-lectro is on a relentless quest to push the boundaries of creativity. 
His mission? To craft the next big floor-filling dance hit that will set the world ablaze.

Marky’s journey into music production began in the early days of PC programs like Scream Tracker and Fast Tracker. Despite the simplicity of the 8/16-bit samples, he honed his skills in pattern creation, melody crafting, and sound blending. His dedication to music was further solidified through years of piano lessons, where he mastered the fundamentals of music theory and notation.

The discovery of Cubase as a DAW marked a turning point, elevating his productions to a professional level. After a brief hiatus, Marky rebuilt his studio in 2013 and found a new love in FL Studio, reigniting his passion for music production. Since then, he has been unstoppable, co-producing tracks with notable talents like Melbourne’s Neighbours TV star Nicola Charles and LA’s gifted singer-songwriter Cara in 2014 and 2015.

Marky V-lectro’s unique blend of styles and sounds continues to captivate audiences, making him a force to be reckoned with in the EDM scene.

Local Speed Delivery is an enthusiastic, self-willed and experienced poprock band from Deventer, The Netherlands. The band has performed at many venues and at various small festivals.

The mainspring of the band is to unfold creativity, both in lyrics and melody. This means that the band members strive to create a unique sound to inspire their audience. Within the band, the pleasure in working together, being creative and making music always prevails. The combination of fun and serious work has led to the release of a first album with 14 songs, called 'Brink Express' (released 11th of October, 2013).

The music genre of Local Speed Delivery can be described as alternative pop-rock, with influences from various styles like (hard) rock, pop and funk and occasionally even a touch of psychedelic and symphonic rock. In this regard, the band is inspired by artists like Snow Patrol, The Killers, Fleetwood Mac and The Strokes.

During the performances of Local Speed Delivery, enthusiasm, musicality and entertaining the audience are very important. A thing that stands out as well is the very good voice of the lead singer (like the Dutch rock artist Anouk). Together with the melodious background vocals of the two guitarists and the drummer, this is one of the characteristics of the band. Besides the well-thought-out and catchy lyrics – almost all band members have written several songs – the original chords and striking rhythms of the guitarists are notable.

Local Speed Delivery is available for great café performances, good parties and hot festivals.

I have some shreder stuff (my real love as a guitarist)to post but I'd like to see what response these off the cuff peices bring (if any)
but these stems are mainly fun ideas waiting for to be finished

Thanks to the digital age getting older doesn't have to mean parting way with fellow musicians due to the ever menacing weight of ... responsibility...or at least that nagging version that always finds a way to attach itself to characters much more nefarious such as sensibility, self-doubt, and fear. As in, "When are you going to get it together and fall in line and be happy owning nice things like everyone else?" LOL
All joking aside i'm super excited to be writing music again and am equally thankful that the digital age has offered up a format to share song ideas with one another; in our own time ; in a comfy doubt free bubble!
That being said I look forward to connecting with old friends, making new friends, and growing musically to whatever extent my lifelong path will lead!
