Braedon : the voice of rebellion. Living BIG, dreaming BIG and loving BIG.

Braedon Ewing, professionally known as Yung Brae and formerly known as Braedon, is an urban musician, singer, songwriter and artist currently signed and affiliated closely with Cash Money Records and Rich Gang. Braedon is originally from a city called Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, an hour outside of Toronto. His musical family has led him to be influenced by a wide-range of music allowing him to blur the lines between genres with a sound and spirit that mixes hip hop, pop and even blue-grass.

Yung Brae began his journey as an artist by delving into his love for hip hop, specifically rap. With an ability to freestyle he focused on perfecting his skills as a lyricist participating in any possible music event he could find. At one of those events he caught the ear of music executive and manager Mic Tee (AMAG/Cash Money/Rich Gang).

"I originally met Mic at one of the shows I performed at. I didn't have ANY songs of my own at that point. AND I freestyled my whole set! I guess he saw something he liked though 'cause we've been working together EVER SINCE!"

By 2016, Mic took Braedon (as he was professionally named at the time) under his wing to begin grooming and developing him as an artist, brand and force to reckon with. After about a year of development the two released a debut project entitled "Hindsight's 20-20" which would show the world for the very first time what Brae is musically capable of.

In 2017, Braedon released his first project on streaming platforms called "Summer." The project caught the attention of a number of Canadian publications including HipHopCanada.com and Bring Ya EH Game. That same year, Mic presented Braedon to senior executives AM and Redd Eyezz (Cash Money/Rich Gang). The two executives saw what Mic saw and agreed to help build Braedon into the star he was meant to be.

In 2019, AM and Redd Eyezz moved Braedon to Miami, Florida, USA where he would soon change his moniker to Yung Brae. It's here where Brae was able to create hundreds of songs in some of the most legendary studios including Circle House Studios and The Hit Factory. Over the span of this year, Yung Brae has been seen with the likes of LondonOnDaTrack, Trinidad James and DJ Khaled. By the summer of 2019 Yung Brae, with the help of AM and Redd Eyezz officially signed a deal with Bryan "Birdman" Williams making him one of the newest developing acts of Cash Money Records.

By the end of 2019, we have seen Yung Brae release two successful singles entitled "Cocaine" and "Lit Bitch" both with their respective music videos.
