Adam is a sound designer, composer, producer, sound recordist and performer of Edgelands-Electronica. 
He has created sound designs and music scores for theatre, dance productions, radio and audio dramas, audiobooks, podcast series, and film. He has also devised several multi-speaker, interactive sound installations for galleries and museums. 
His work for theatre focusses on creating soundscapes that combine ambiences with music and digitally manipulated sound recordings to create complex, evolving audio environments, developing sonic scenography for live or recorded dramatic narratives. Edgeland Electronica is Adam’s interpretation liminal and psychogeographical environments in audio form.
Adam is a trustee of Can’t Sit Still Theatre and an associate artist with 1623 Theatre and Little Pixie Productions.

Using castaway sounds and re-cycled equipment AEW create a balance between pop structures and experimentation. Vintage sounds and textures are used to create warm and mellow music that explores themes of childhood, the natural world, industrialism and pop history.

With little to no experience of making music before Summer 2020, Stopyral armed nothing more with an iPad, imagination and desire decided to experiment in creating sound textures & blending beats in a variety of interesting & unique ways. 
 
With over 140k plays on SoundCloud since January 2021 and hitting the top 20 RepostExchange Underground Charts on a consistent basis suggests this was not a bad idea after all😉
