Fresh from the Dutch powerhouse label, Something Happening Somewhere is Utrecht based, DJ and producer Luna Ludmila’s dub mix of Maan. Our premiere for today, and a very deepchord-esque, Mike Schommer sounding one at that. Providing an alternative take for the spoken word of Shari Klein. Drawing on the verbal philosophical wanderings as a stark contrast to the dubbed out base. Rounding out the remaining remixes are SoHaSo head, Nuno Dos Santos, Patrice Baumel, and Luca dell'Orso and the release will be out on the 4th of October.

A few months after Stefan Schwander released his critically acclaimed 'Infamous Lost Tracks' album under the Repeat Orchestra moniker, one of the signature tracks from the release 'Monks In A Club' sees a complete redo by the one and only, Superpitcher. 
Our premiere for today, 'Monks in The Sky,' is a Superpitcher's version of the original and its epic ride, to say at least. It expands, stretches, ebbs, and flows for ten minutes, creating levitating groove hypnosis that goes in-depth and keeps the listener's attention constantly.

Trouw, Amsterdam's premier club venue, continues its run of remarkable, one-of-a-kind releases. 
After exploring the deeper aspects of techno with his debut album "Vapour", Patrice Bäumel pulls out all the stops on Trouw's latest release. Hearing "Mike Tyson" on a good club system is a physical experience, a track that packs an excessive amount of punch and sonic characteristics that - much like Bäumel's biggest hit to date, "Roar" - cannot be ignored. Very much primetime material. 
"The Threat" is a different sort of animal. It is a heaving, angry and dark piece of bass music dominated by haunting vocoder sounds and snares like whiplashes. 
Max Cooper does what he does best on his remix for "Mike Tyson" - adding a bit of Blade Runner-esque melancholy plus a dose of magic stardust to the original, his eyes fixed firmly on the future. The man is a sound design genius and it shows in his delicate, detail-rich reconstruction.
