For Eastman being honest without overthinking is therapeutic —“I make love songs from my soul and I think that’s what makes them really connect. Music is a puzzle for me in that way; I’m always finding the pieces of how I feel and putting them where they belong sonically, ” says Eastman regarding the inspiration behind his work.
