I’m not asking if I can love, but how—like, what does real love even mean when you’ve been through pain, silence, or betrayal?

It’s that kind of connection where you feel wanted—needed—but at the same time, you’re slowly losing parts of yourself. I was addicted to the way he touched me, the way he made me feel like I was the only one… even when deep down, I knew I wasn’t free. This song is me admitting how much I craved him—even when it hurt. I wasn’t just in love—I was held, emotionally, physically, like I couldn’t breathe without him. And a part of me didn’t even want to escape. That’s the scariest part.”
