GLOOMi - Bloom EP

'Bloom' is a garage-focused project I've been working on for the past few years. It's a departure from some of the music I've previously released (Trap, Bass-house, DnB) but one I'm particularly passionate about and proud of. The idea for this project came about after creating the first couple tracks (Sunless Spot and Bloom) and envisioning a project that sonically represented the cycle of going from Fall, through a dark Winter, and emerging at Springtime feeling rejuvenated. I look at the seasonal cycle as a metaphor for multiple things; the stages of grief, a heroes journey, depression, etc. The ep begins with 'Sunless Spot' which represents being in that dark mental state, or the feeling of Fall when plants begin to die. It then transitions through more aggressive and darker tracks/vibes before finally reaching a place of hope, rebirth, and Springtime, with the project climax (and title track) 'Bloom' closing out the musical journey.

I want to thank you for checking out this project of mine, it's especially dear to me and I hope that you find something you can take away from these 6 tracks.

Desert Flare is a track that tells a story about a hermit wandering in the direction inspired by his angels after he lost his memory and forgot who he was.
The action takes place at the edge of the Desert and Jungle.

Never Come Down

Everything must come to an end. Today is sadly the day that I'm announcing the shut down of Bewildered Productions this summer. It's been a great 6 years in this scene and I plan on staying here, but working on something new. Thank you all for the years of endless support. This has truly been the best experience of my life.
