In the dark alleys of Zaun, two sisters ran hand in hand, fleeing a world too cruel for their innocence. Powder and Vi had lost everything, but they still had each other… until the day everything changed.

A desperate mission. An uncontrolled explosion. And in an instant, Powder, believing she was helping, caused the death of those she loved. Consumed by grief, rejected by her own sister, she found refuge in the arms of a man with red eyes: Silco.

Where Vi saw a mistake, Silco saw potential. He renamed her Jinx, and under his wing, she became a living weapon, a whirlwind of chaos and neon colors. But deep inside, the shadow of Powder remained, haunted by the ghosts of her past.

Then Vi returned. With her came the hope of turning back time… but could what was broken ever be repaired? Between the ruins of her childhood and the fire of her madness, Jinx had to make a choice: remain the abandoned little sister or fully embrace the storm she had become.

And so, with a heartbreaking laugh, Powder was gone forever. Only Jinx remained.

Taykus is the result of several creative identities whose culmination has derived from the course of the years.
As a disc jockey he has explored various genres, techniques and devices which has given him his current way of understanding and exploiting electronic music.
In reference to his productive facet and due to his artistic nonconformism is a constant evolution experienced. In this period his most relevant milestone was to have been charted by a first level artist like Shlomi Aber.
He is currently focused on developing a more personal sound.
Taykus is one of the founders of the Art Division brand dedicated to Techno events in Bilbao and surroundings.

I’m Ignace Paepe, Belgian DJ, producer, and actor. Through art & sound, I explore identity, duality, and the freedom to exist outside of the boxes society tries to place us in.

I create under two aliases:

Ignace Paepe : melodic, progressive, and organic electronic music, emotional and atmospheric storytelling.

Androgyne-X : a rawer, darker alter ego channeling underground techno, acid, and 90s rave energy. A reflection of the chaos, power, and beauty in not fitting in.

Music is how I express my truth. I wear skirts, I wear makeup, I defy norms, not for shock, but because it’s me. If you've ever felt like you don’t belong, like you’re too much or not enough, this space is for you.

Every track, whether under Ignace Paepe or Androgyne-X, is written and produced by me. Two faces, one soul. This is about honesty, art, and the freedom to be exactly who you are.
