Son of a Black American Mother strong southern indigenous root’s from VA; An African Father hailing from Nigeria (Yoruba tribe), Reef grew up listening to artists like Fela Kuti and Stevie Wonder and genres from Palm-wine and Juju too R&B/Soul, Rock, Hip-Hop/Rap and Funk; as well as music from all around the world.
