The Mount Carmel Academy Digital Music Production class offers students a unique opportunity to explore the creative and technical aspects of making music in a modern, digital environment. Through hands-on experience with industry-standard software and equipment, students learn the fundamentals of sound design, recording, mixing, and mastering. They gain skills in composing original tracks, editing audio, and understanding the role of technology in music creation. Collaborative projects and individual assignments allow students to experiment with different genres and styles, fostering both creativity and technical proficiency. This class not only prepares students for potential careers in music production but also deepens their appreciation for the art and science behind the music they love. Enchanted River was inspired by the troublesome times we are currently going through. The entire album was recorded with acoustic guitar, a few percussion instruments and hefty amount of vocal Harmonies. This EP has 7 Songs great for campfires, road trips and starting revolutions.
