Half Grand is an Austin based rock quartet consisting of Maxwell Wander on vocals, Tyler Straub on bass, Mike Quintana on drums and Stephen Ridings on guitar. While embodying many elements of rock, Half Grand also strives to create a catchy, unique sound by incorporating aspects from other genres. Grooving beats, melodic bass lines, angular guitar riffs and melodic vocals are some of core elements that make Half Grand.

Having played to enthusiastic crowds at several Austin hot spots, Half Grand is looking to expand their audience as and reach by performing at new venues and working on new material. Half Grand is currently in the process of recording their debut EP, "The Fool and the Felon", due out this spring.
