Thirteen suns erupted 
His sweating, bloody skin smelt like pennies
Every shadow in the swamp disappeared

He radiated, the place in darkness
The only glow came from below that hood
I made my brother a windfall apple
Black edges of red glaze, shone like they're wet

World Gobbling decay in a three piece suit
Plays tycoon but breathes union philistine
He fucked the whole divine order of exchange
He won't stop me from earning my dues

My ears jutted out, sharpened into horns
Skin casting black light that trailed red
From the crucifix, Christ scowled back at me
Mercantile eyes rolled back into his head
Oh how he'll scorch me for such insolence
Hands a steeple, I lay my head to my thumbs
The vessel of the colonial ghost
His veins pulsed with hallowed merchantism

The skin of his back hung loose like a web
From its shoulder blades seeped red and purple
I followed   its veins, splitting and spreading
Six legged spots crawled in and our of the scars

Mirror image pylons frame the roadside
They bounded straight, endlessly, together
Mocked the heavens, married the city sky
