New Beginnings [Inauguration Mix]

Hey guys, I'm back with another mix. This mix is about lessons I've learned in my past relationships.  While making this mix, I got the opportunity to reflect on what has happened to me and how much I've grown since these experiences. I just wanted to share a little snippet of these lessons with you guys.   

"Sometimes we get into relationships and everything seems to be going well, but after a while we realize that it isn't going so well, yet we stay in the relationship anyways. My reason for doing this is because I was afraid of hurting the other person if I was the one who broke up with them, so I forced myself to stay even if it hurt me more.  Another reason for me was because I didn't love myself enough and I felt like that void needed to be filled with love from another person. But, I've come to learn that before you are able to let someone else love you, you need to love yourself first. I'm here to let you guys know that sometimes its okay to think of yourself first before you think of another person. Your personal happiness is just as important as anyone else's. It may hurt you to break up with someone but at the end of the day, that pain will only be temporary. It will be tough to be own your own at first, but you will get through it. It will take time to start feeling better, and remember that everyone goes at their own pace, so take your time. Know that even when you feel like you're alone, there are people in your life who will be there for you."
