I moved to Orlando in '80 and started hanging with Jester Emotion in '91. Their raves at the Mystery Fun House with Factory Visuals are legendary. I was there dancing every weekend at the Abyss until it closed. Ahaz with Kimball and then Mars at Cocoa Beach for the sun rise, what a life we had. Bought my first Tec's from Rob of KRAM Records in '98. I truly feel these guys should get the recognition for being the pioneers of that pure Orlando Funk. Names like Kelly Reverb, Digital Farm, K5, Tommy Who, Ellis Dee, and Thursday Club are the fundamentals of 407 Breaks. Live It and Learn It. My last residency was with Andy Hughes( the MAN) at the Grotto for Old Skool Sundays for a couple years. I hope you enjoyed listening as much as I enjoyed making it. I danced for the best at over a 100 raves, and played for the rest!
