To mark the 10th release on the Zeitnot imprint we've invited our very special friend Nick Gynn. For this milestone occasion Nick's prepared his longest play yet, 6 stellar tracks ranging through various flavours of deep and warped dance floor sounds.

On the A side AAA shows some love to the golden era of IDM with its B12-esque synth lines, and a growling grooving bass patch. Similarly weighty dance floor bomb Dynamic Traces has a mind-warping atmosphere, and a catchier hook than your favourite guilty pleasure.

Lose yourself in the gripping melancholy of Lourd, with more squelchy IDM-inflections, and practically dripping in nostalgia. Swap plates to the C side to hear expert examples of deep and driven electro Pheonix and Rokit, before gracefully coming to rest amongst the clouds in the arpeggiatted symphonies of A = 432 (Hz).

Reeshy is a proper northern lass - grew up in Middlesbrough and now lives in Leeds. She learnt to mix vinyl when her now 13 old daughter was in bed , 10 years ago. 
Reeshy plays and loves everything from Disco to Soul to UK Garage to Techno and spends hours digging and going back through her music rediscovering stuff that she forgot she ever had.
She plays round Leeds and Manchester at all sorts of parties and loves an after party set. 
This mix was done in her kitchen on her technics with her cats as my audience. One jumped on the mixer halfway thru. 
The mix summarises Reeshy’s personality and style as a DJ and she’s she knows pretty much straight away if she likes a tune or not by whether it makes her pull a bass face.
Favourite selectors are; Truly Madly , Joe Delon, Binh, Lutz , Evan Baggs and Wendy.

After a long break OVNIE returns with its third release, this time comes with a various artists format composed by 5 tracks.
 
A1. Antoine Sy delivers a reggae infused house groover to make you aware about the need to save the forests!

A2. "Imagine a beautiful lady acting like a robot in a super green garden under a glittering sun. She is clicking her arms and legs according to a simple 2-steppy texture and she is occasionaly singing nothing understandable except for a surfer-like interjection. Short-release synths and ethereal pads complete the picture adding some kind of nostalgic vibes to it. Yoyoyo!"

A3. Pohl strikes back with a moody a brilliant track on his own imprint Ovnie. „Traveling....“ has all the incredients to make you shake even at your home-office. A curly simple lead melody, a heavy old-school Bassline, crispy jacking drums and ascendant synth strings that colide with pealing LFO’ish addicting bleeps to a perfect dance track. 

B1. Samuel delivers a more funky breakbeat vision with acid zaps, bleeping tones and reverse percussions to keep the pace up and down a sure track to keep the dancefloor jacking.

B2. Test tube is one of many unreleased collabs by Luks & Kizoku. The moodiest one of the bunch, it is driven by breaky percussion, resonant basslines and lush keys.
