Patronus Records proudly presents: Whispering Fauna Volume Two. Once again we joined forces to seek out and select sounds for a new generation of psychedelic trance.

Here we go. The fauna is whispering again. In fact, she never stopped. Returning from their long journeys into uncharted territories, our travellers captured the weirdest and strangest creatures from the undergrowth. They listened for the essence of their voices, had to go through a lengthy process of examination of their behavior, telegraphing their language and deciphering their encrypted communication to unveil their lost knowledge. They speak of many secrets, some are of the forest, some of the smell of night, some of glittering snowy plains, some of ancient arcane knowledge and some twisting the very fabric of our understanding of the world. Once you taste these sounds, they will haunt you. Once you're in, it's too late to escape the grasp of this mysterious sonic language. Listen and you will know what is meant by this.

It was important to me to create a pack that wouldn’t just gather 114 random presets but represent my philosophy in music production. My core values as a producer and sound designer is to save your time and provide quality through my products.

Here’s what you will get inside :

Full production suite containing everything you need to create a finished track from kicks, bass, drums, leads to atmospheres and everything in between in one single place.

Simplify the creation of Q&A sequences with special presets that generate automatically Q&A phrases: all you need is to press one single note and let Vital do its magic.

Unique blend of timbres "Analog meets digital" thanks to its wavetables that I created by sampling my hardware synthesizers (Moog Subsequent37, DSI Mopho, Berhinger Neutorn & Model D, Access Virus Ti2...). As of now, every time you need an great analog sample you don’t have to waste your time driving to my studio anymore :D

Every preset is customizable to fit your taste and is ready for live jamming thanks to extensive macro control.

His first EP with us at Parvati Records - Parvati In Dub - was an experiment:  remixing in his classic Dub style 4 classic parvati-tunes. Due to the success and the very positive response to it we decided to continue our collaboration and now Vlastur has pushed the borders of his music creating 4 new tracks combining the 4/4 trance rhythm with Dub sonorities. The tempo is set at 140 Bpm and the purpose is to make you dub&dance!

Bio :
"Itzik is an independent artist, born in Eastern France (Jura) to a music-loving father who introduced him to various styles such as Soul, Blues, Rock'n'Roll, Folk, Punk, Ska, and Reggae. He began playing guitar at the age of 9, quickly immersing himself in the world of reggae/dub throughout his adolescence. The desire to create his own music grew steadily.

Around the age of 18, he became captivated by a genre he had previously overlooked : electronic music, particularly Techno, in all its forms and variations. Gradually, after attending various festivals and rave parties, he developed a profound sensitivity to the universe of Trance music.

Simultaneously, his older brother (also a skilled guitarist) guided him in his first steps with a software that would profoundly alter his perception of music and production : Ableton Live. From that moment on, Itzik was re-born. This was followed by long hours of  learning and production. The growing desire to create his own music had finally been unleashed and expressed.

For over 10 years now, he has been producing music according to his own inspiration, never truly wishing to confine himself to one particular style, yet maintaining a widely recognizable sonic identity. His productions range from Downtempo, Reggae/Dub, Techno, Acid, Progressive Trance or Psytrance even a blend of everything that inspires him.

On stage, Itzik plays with a drum machine, an acid 
synthesizer and two controllers. His compositions range from Techno to Acid and Progressive Trance, sometimes in a dark and deep atmosphere, but often in a joyful and groovy style, always with a recognizable signature. His sets are prepared, but leave room for improvisation, which makes each performance unique."
