Hello once again, listeners!
Today, we celebrate the anniversary of a game we all know and love.

UNDERTALE is turning 10 years old today. Man, I just don't even know where to begin with everything this game has done for me. I once again wrote a Google Doc to compile all my experiences with this game, its fandom, and how it's shaped my life to be how it is today.

But as for today's track, I figured what better song to represent all of UNDERTALE than the self-titled song from the climactic moment in New Home!

This song tells a story of King Asgore and Queen Toriel's son, Asriel Dreemurr, and how they adopted the first fallen human, Chara Dreemurr, into their family. Shortly after taking the human into their family, they fall ill and wish to see the flowers from their human village. After their death, Asriel, who has taken their soul to cross the barrier, arrives to the human village and gets bombarded with attacks, with the humans thinking it was him who had slain the human. Wounded and near death, he stumbled back into the castle with a smile on his face, and his dust spread across the flower garden. With the royal family losing two children in one night, Asgore had no choice but to declare any humans who'd dare fall underground a threat. And that leads us to our journey as Frisk, the final fallen human. 
And the rest is history.

I tried my best to simulate the original sound of the track, constantly referring to the Toby Fox Sample Sheet document and painstakingly transcribing every note until I had effectively recreated the song, but with a few twists to keep things fresh!

I hope everyone enjoys this. It felt like I was going down memory lane, putting everything together for a special event like this anniversary!

UNDERTALE. 
A game that I cannot begin to describe with words. It's an experience, something that sticks with you for a long time. It teaches you that not everything has to resort to violent acts, that everything is possible with the power or LOVE.
I owe it all to this game, for it is the sole reason I find myself in the position I am today. It is through this game that I have met so many wonderful people that I am proud to call my friends.
This community has had its' ups and downs, but it really shows how much this game thrives, even after 10 years.
Discussing the game, sharing fan-content that people end up cherishing for days on end, coming up with silly theories, making AUs. Those are all things that resulted off a game made in a basement. So, much like last year's anniversary post, I want to deeply thank Toby Fox for creating UNDERTALE, for without him, we wouldn't be here. 
Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy this rendition of Hopes and Dreams. I had fun making it.
