Eli & Fur, aka Eli Noble and Jennifer Skillman, have been making a name for themselves on the London DJ circuit of late, and putting out a string of fresh and exciting singles, including “Seeing Is Believing”, their excellent collaboration with Shadow Child. “Feel The Fire” is a tougher, harder-edged take on their typically melodic sound, and works wonders with their ethereal vocals. 

A memorable moment from Anjunadeep 06, the energetic original mix has been a mainstay in James Grant and Jody Wisternoff’s DJ sets this year. Fellow rising stars Journeyman take on remix duties, stripping down the peak-time power of the original for a more mellow rolling style, with a buoyant groove carrying the track through flowing chord stabs and the distinctive vocal hook.

•COEO• (Lets Play House / Toy Tonics / Sccucci Manucci) begins his 'Physical' EP with an ever-present beat that starts the groove and keeps it going; an obnoxiously listenable synth hitting through between echoed vocals, so that the moment things get quiet, you wait in anticipation for the song to burst back in, sounding ever so slightly more groovy, like something you missed the first time round , it comes back bigger and better. 
•Kreature•’s (Armada Music / Nurvous / Light My Fire) remix takes the beat down to a gentle level, and makes it become the tune, adding a new rhythm, dropping in new sounds at unexpected intervals and getting you used to the unpredictability, but retaining a consistently cool tone. 
•Trav & Volta• (Sleazy Deep / Love Not Money / Arteform) take the original and spin it with their own melody, reimagining the tone of its predecessor. There’s a touch of dark tones that work deliciously well with the tough synth hits that define the track. The tone shifts completely, becoming a wonderful rework of the original.
"Whatever"  has the beat take a backseat, this time it’s all about the melody, which becomes a sort of energetic instrument, changing itself to alter the rhythm, before swiftly exiting to make way for some sweet acid sounds that, as before, retain the energy and movement of the track. Soon everything comes together, ending in a devilishly deep harmony.

November 3rd sees NEW_ID release their long awaited debut single on Axtone, which also happens to be their 1st single under their revised guise.

Having been a mainstay in Axwell/\Ingrosso’s sets this year, this peak time instrumental signifies yet another chapter in the NEW_ID story.
Following their legally imposed hiatus, NEW_ID firmly established themselves in clubland, collecting 3 Beatport Progressive House Top 10s along with a Beatport Release No.2.

Kicking off 2014 with their Axwell remix collaboration ‘Feel The Pressure’, NEW_ID then took on Junior Jack’s stonewall classic ‘Thrill Me’ adding their trademark train house touch.

The summer season saw an Axtone remix double­header with Kraak & Smaak’s ‘How We Gonna Stop The Time’ (7 Pete Tong radio spins & counting), swiftly followed by ‘Tear It Down’ that became a staple in Avicii’s sets.

Dropping in for the closing parties, their remix of Francesco Rossi’s haunting ‘Godspeed You’ debuted during their 1st of 2 shows at Departures, Ushuaia in Ibiza, garnering further support from the likes of Tiesto & Steve Angello.

Fresh from their Australia tour where they spent studio time with no less than: The Aston Shuffle, Kaelyn Behr, Moses York, Ivan Gough, Jebu & Rudy, the boys have also been working on a collab with "Groove Cartel’s" Tom Staar.
