Pour ce troisième épisode du family approved show, Todd Yeni a reçu le DJ, producteur et selector parisien Aurelian KM3 (la Freak Records / Magic Black / Deephop).
Aurelian KM3 commence le DJ'ing au milieu des années 90. Il produit son premier disque (du hip hop) en 2003 avec les tokyoïtes de Jazzy Sport. S'en suivra plus de 30 sorties comme A/R ou producteur pour des disques entre house / broken beat et hip hop. Son titre Hotel Plaza avec Grems au chant dépassera le million de streams en 2013. La plupart des projets sont également sold out sur son label Magic Black qui compte parmi ses artistes Laroye, Lb aka Labat, Simbad ou Atjazz...
Après des années à mixer et développer sa production "club music", la fièvre covid lui donne l'opportunité de retourner à ses racines, donnant naissance à La Freak Records. Entre afro, disco, jazz, caraïbe, musique latine, ce label se veut un pont entre l'héritage culturel du groove mondial et ses formes électroniques plus modernes. Le dernier disque de Nina Dunn sorti en juin 2023 atteint déjà des records de ventes pour un 45 tours.

This Spanish word translates into muses, and it is the first of my new mix series where I’ll be showcasing music that I don’t usually get to play out.

Luo émerge de l'épicentre artistique de Nantes, berceau de ses premières explorations rythmiques à travers les percussions brésiliennes. Incarnant une fusion harmonieuse entre l'héritage vibrant des rythmes du Maracatu et l’expédition infinie de la scène électronique, ses premières notes résonnent au Warehouse à Nantes. Rapidement, son élan artistique l'entraîne au-delà des rives de la Loire jusqu'à la scène effervescente de Paris, où il s'immerge notamment dans l'énergie du Petit Bain et de la Machine du Moulin Rouge. Enquête insatiable de groove, il affine son art en arpentant les disquaires. Chaque choix musical devient une pièce soigneusement sélectionnée dans la mosaïque sonore qu'il compose. Son univers, riche en nuances, est une ode à la diversité culturelle et à l'évolution constante de sa propre identité.

Born in Rosario City, Argentina, Ivana is a Dj based in Berlin since 2018.
Passionate about music, she has an exquisite taste when it comes to her musical selection. Her sets always tell a story and have an authentic development, with groove and journey. This can be listen in her sessions of her personal project "From the Inside", which started in early 2023 with the idea of recording sets with varied styles and telling, through music, different moments / personal states; at the same time she shares her journey with music.
