Ambient Anarchist is an experimenting electro-acoustic band from Bulgaria. Their music ranges from electronic punk through jazz to ambient sound scapes.


Freestyler and pirate, Mr.smiff is a passionate explorer and sound architect. What matters to him is experimentation. He's interested in the abstract and the absurd, in unconventional artistic forms.
Since 2000, he develop individual project under the artistic pseudonym - MR.SMiFF. He has been actively involved as a trumpetist, synth player, bass player & composer in many bands, projects, meetings and workshops for improvised acoustic and electronic music.
MR.SMiFF is also known as DJ and composer for theatre, Audiovisual performances, 3D mapping, films & commercials.
He is currently a manager, artist & sound designer at Studio Otaika, with a focus on audiovisual arts, augmented reality & 3D mapping.

CHEAP TRIX is the new project of Stefan Hristov (a.k.a.) Mr.Smiff and Kiril Donchev. They know each other long ago and work together in other formations, like SPACE DUB JAMMERS.Their musical quest takes them to a mixed-middle of some of their favourite electronic styles, such as "Dub", "Jungle", "HIP-HOP", "Drum&Bass", "Dubstep", "Electro", "Jazz", "Ambient".On the basis of this styles, they experiment freely, improvize and develop with new effects, sounds, melodies and harmonies. They use also acoustic instruments (trumpet, flutes, voice and percussions), modulated trough various effects, breaking our daily perception for space and sound
