I received this simple song a few years ago in the Sacred Valley of Peru right after I got my first charango (10 stringed instrument from Bolivia in this song.) The lyrics are in Quechua, the magical tongue of the Andes mountains.  It is a prayer for the balance of the masculine & feminine forces, a song of gratitude (Urpillay Sonqollay)for Pachamama, our beloved Earth Mother, Pacha Kamaq the masculine creative force, the sky father of Taita Inti, our sun, and Mama Killa, our grandmother moon.
