Kevin “K-Mass” Massey Jr. is much more than the guy in the room with the biggest beard!  He is a music producer and engineer who hails from Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor Michigan. Music is his passion as he has been doing it seriously for 7 years but recreationally for many years before that. His love for music started young; he played the tuba and baritone in Junior High and High School as part of the symphony, marching and jazz bands. He also played the drums for church and in the Ypsilanti Community Choir. Kevin studied Sound Engineering at Washtenaw Community College where one of his teachers was an engineer for D-12 who is Eminem’s famous hip-hop group. He was offered an internship at a studio where Grammy nominated artists recorded in Detroit. From there, he built his studio which is a place where all are welcome to explore their craft in a home-like environment. He is an integral part of Breathe Easy Music Group which says it all.
