This song is extremely special to me, and represents what I'm realising I love to write about. This is dedicated to any person that has been/is struggling with mental health issues, and has felt like there is no possible way to make things better. I have learned along this recent music sharing process that in order to write songs and create something meaningful, you need to be able to put yourself in a vulnerable place and shine some of your experiences into the spotlight. I feel so proud to share my thoughts and experiences on this in the way I love the most, and to hopefully help spark such an important conversation.
