MR. FICTION BEGAN IN 1999 WITH HIS ILLEGAL PIRATE-UNDERGROUND- RADIOSTATION; NAMED „FANTASTIC FM“. AFTER HIS CONVICTION TROUGH „BAKOM“ (Federal Communication Office of Switzerland) HE DESIDED IN DECEMBER 2001 TO LAUNCH THE LABEL PRIVATE FICTION. TROUGH THIS „LEGAL“ WAY HE COULD GAVE FANTASTIC SOUND TO THE ALREADY WON FANS OF HIM. THE BREAKTROUGH WAS IN THE BEGINNING OF 2003 WHEN HE ORGANISED THE FIRST „SUNGLASSES“ MOTTO-PARTY IN THE IN-CLUB OF ZURICH, SUPERMARKET. AFTER HOLIDAYS IN SOMMER 2003 IN IBIZAS CLUB „SPACE“ AND ANOTHER TRIP IN „COCCORICO“ RICCIONE HE FOUND HIS STYLE. THAT WAS THE MOTIVATION TO IMPLEMENT THE NEVERFORGETTING MOOD INTO HIS OWN EVENTS IN SWITZERLAND. TO BE MORE CLOSE TO THE FANS WITH HIS IDEA, HE DECIDED IN MAY 2005 TO BE THE SHOW-ACT „MR. FICTION“ WHICH BROUGHT HIM TO A FAMOUS DJ AND PRODUCER AND OPEND HIM OTHER DOORS IN THIS BUSINESS. THE FIRST BIG EVENT FOLLOWED IN JUNE 2005 AT THE FIRST PRIVATE FICTION „MADMAX-PARTY“ IN ZURICHS IN CLUB KAUFLEUTEN. HE SATISFIED WITH NEW „ELECTRO-BEATS“ IN COMBINATION WITH ENORMOUS DECORATION, INCLUDING CO2-BOOSER, 200 PEOPLE AS AN ANIMATION-TEAM, SELF-MADED MAD-MAX OUTFITS AND RECONSTRUCTED MOTOR-SAWS. HIS FAT SHOW GENERATED VERY BIG RESONANCE AND WAS COPIED OUT OF SWITZERLAND MORE THEN ONCE. WITH THIS BACKGROUND HE STARTED IN FEBRUARY 2007 HIS FIRST RELEASED ALBUM „FICTIONIZER“. HE WON INTERNATIONAL CREDIBILITY.

Dj Mario Afonso Nascido em 1951, na cidade de Paulo Afonso, no estado da Bahia. Filho de Rafael e Arnaldina.
Passou sua infância na cidade de Camamu, onde vivia em plena harmonia com a natureza.
Aos 12 anos mudou- se para o Rio de Janeiro com sua família.
Sua família, composta de alguns músicos, o fez ter contato com a música desde a infância.
Quando, ainda menino, sonhava em ser engenheiro eletrônico, mas viu-se obrigado a trabalhar cedo para se manter, já que vem de uma família humilde.
Adolescente passou por vários trabalhos que a idade permitia e chegou ao ramo gráfico, no qual trabalhou no setor de planejamento e controle de produção, formando vários profissionais até se aposentar.
Tem três filhos, três netos e uma bisneta dos quais tem muito orgulho.
Quando aposentado, viu a oportunidade de dedicar-se a sua paixão: a música.
Dj Mário Afonso é eclético; tendo especial interesse pela música Eletrônica e o Forró.
Tem um livro de poesias chamado Eu, Você, Nós Dois, que espera editar em breve e outro de contos, que está escrevendo.
Dj. Mário Afonso é produtor fonográfico, gravadora, editora, autor, músico, poeta e tem por hobby a fotografia.
Atualmente tem quatro álbuns lançados e está empenhado em novos trabalhos.
É um homem que admira a arte, o belo, a vida.
