This song is a very special one for me. It all started some weeks ago, when I came across this absolutely amazing song - "Old Friend" by the australian singer Hoodlem. I instantly fell in love with her voice, in love with all that emotion and melancholy. So I decided to write her a message, telling her how much I've fallen for her voice...and the rest ist history :)

This is a demo recorded at home on a now-primitive 4 track minidisc recorder in 1998, remixed with some additional sounds in 2005. It was later re-recorded with modern technology for Homeboy Veronica.
