I'm a hardworking slave in the deepest and darkest Nordic woods, where no man should ever enter. Yet, there is this odd, repetitive stomping beat somewhere there that drags the haziest figures through sinking swamps to a hellhole that I call home. And there is a bar called Wunderbar, and the woods are called Wunderland, and there I play my sordid tones.

Electronic/deep house producer Digital Drifter creates intricate, melodic, soundscape journeys, motivating one to move through life in love and lightness. Best experienced drifting through space, but if you can’t do that then, on a dance floor groovin in nature, sunrise or sunset.

Inspired from countless Bush Doofs and Raves beginning from the mid 90's and crystallised in 2010 through Ableton live. Self taught, J-Nish's journey is one of trial and error and willingness to break the rules set out by the genre police. Thanks for joining him on his journey as he explores sound design, synthesis and sampling and 
further develops his unique take on the world and spirit through sound.

Programming sequencers again after a 24 year hiatus. I have an abiding love for Electronic Music stretching back to Stockhausen, Ron Grainer, Pink Floyd, Brian Eno, Vangelis, Devo, Jean Michel Jarre, Men Without Hats and Thomas Dolby among others. Psychedelia? You bet. What are my influences? I'm a Postmodern Composer; everything I've ever heard has influence. Don't say you weren't warned: Art is a Compulsion. And it's defined by the Artist.
