The decision to release House Sandbox! on May 15, 2025, was made to calm the community while they continued to work on Keygen. House Sandbox! was a wacky, humorous simulator that received significant attention and helped keep UglyNico’s fanbase engaged during Keygen's development delays. The game was also supported by over 15,000 Robux in donations from an anonymous supporter known as 2realADLIB3, which helped fund continued work on Keygen.

His Roblox profile’s About Me section was changed to read: "Live Long UglyNico. We LOVE You." an enigmatic statement that raised further questions about his current status.

Despite these changes, no official statement has been made regarding his absence or whether he is taking a temporary break. As of now, his Testing Program continues under the management of his team, but there has been little public communication about his personal involvement.
