When it comes to Hardstyle, it’s impossible to argue the fact that any artist has had a bigger impact on the genre than Headhunterz. From the moment his first records were released, his unique melodic and energetic take on the genre sparked a new movement within the international music scene. A rise unparalleled, Headhunterz continues to take Hardstyle to new heights. 

Willem Rebergen, better known as Headhunterz, kicked off his DJ career over a decade ago. A visit to Qlimax 2003 lit a spark in Willem, leading to an uncontrollable wildfire, as he dedicated himself to becoming the best producer in the genre. His originals, as well as the album he made with Wildstylez under the Project One moniker, redefined the hardstyle sound of the late 2000’s. Headhunterz’ new take on hardstyle music made the genre grow into an international phenomenon and become something worldly. 

From 2014-2017, Headhunterz took on a new challenge and found himself headlining major festivals like Ultra Music Festival, Coachella and EDC, making him explore the boundaries of his own, musical imagination and discover new parts of the world as well as different territories within the electronic dance scene. Though it did trigger his creativity, Willem became homesick, missing his beloved hardstyle scene. In 2017, in front of 60,000 ecstatic fans who thought they had lost their hero, he announced his comeback to hardstyle at Defqon.1. With open arms, the community embraced him, as he travelled the world to celebrate his return with fans, old and new. It took him to 125 performances across 34 countries in 2018 alone, a journey which inspired him to create ‘The Return of Headhunterz’, an album that tied past, present and future together. Surpassing 15 million streams on Spotify, the album – along with his No. 28 position in the 2018 DJ Mag Top 100, showed that, no matter the adventures Headhunterz would undertake, he’ll always find a warm welcome in his home base.

The album also marked the launch of a new label – ART OF CREATION, with his colleague Wildstylez. A creative and dynamic platform that bridges the gap between music makers and community. At the same time, Headhunterz relaunched the HARD with STYLE Podcast, recorded live from a brand new studio, with state-of-the-art equipment and sound. This is where new Headhunterz music comes to life, plans to conquer new territory for his tribe are forged and the one thing reigns that will always remain Headhunterz’ greatest achievement; the music from within.

Adaro’s sound can be simply described as a sophisticated and diverse approach to Hardstyle, as this pioneer thrives on blending in a range of different sounds and influences. Adaro is best known for major hits like “Haunter Of The Dark,” “No Time To Sleep,” “For The Street,” “The Sky Is The Limit” his official remix for Marco V’s “Godd,” “Flame Up High,” his Intents Festival 2017 anthem “Circus Of Insanity” with Digital Punk and of course, “Touch A Star” with B-front feat. Dawnfire, which came in at #4 in the Q-dance Top 100 of 2018.

Performance-wise, Adaro has brought his undying energy to Hardstyle’s most eminent podiums, with performances at Hard Bass, Defqon.1, Amsterdam Dance Event, Reverze, X-Qlusive, Rebirth Festival, Intents Festival, WiSH Outdoor (The Netherlands and Mexico), Dominator, The Qontinent, Decibel Outdoor Festival, Q-BASE, Loudness, Origins and many more. Internationally, this Hardstyle legend has toured countries like The United States, Taiwan, Chile, Mexico, Australia, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Scotland, Ireland, Austria, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, Belgium and more!

From humble beginnings to a long-lasting, serious career as a musician, Adaro is recognised as one of the strongest full-package leaders in Hardstyle music. Not only focused on his solo career, but Adaro is also one who continuously supports the next generation by offering advice, collaborating with youngsters and showcasing their music on large podiums. His musical legacy is based on productions that shine with impeccable sound design and technique and his down-to-Earth attitude towards the industry makes him one of the most inspiring artists that Hardstyle has to offer.

Attention to miniscule details, translating intense emotions into sound and striving for the highest standard have been lifelong values that Hardstyle pioneer Ran-D possesses. As one of the most thorough, yet down-to-Earth figures in the Hard Dance industry, Randy Wieland’s knowledge extends into all aspects of production as his enthusiasm and drive shines throughout all of his creations. 

A unique fighting force since 2006, Ran-D is easily identified by his signature style; a sound that balances robust toughness and dance-floor vibes with emotional, time-transcendent storylines. With his forte in creating knockout beats, early on in his career Ran-D’s discography was filling up with top-tier tracks, including “Survivors” with Digital Punk, “Struggle For Existence” with Adaro, “Feel My Fire” and of course, his legendary 2009 release “Living For The Moment.” 

In recent years, Ran-D’s musical spirit has reached its pinnacle. The upshot of his devotion has shined to epitomise eminent festivals such as Defqon.1 with his anthem “No Guts, No Glory” feat. Skits Vicious, Intents Festival with “The Hunt” feat. E-Life and of course, Decibel Outdoor 2016, where he dropped the monstrous track “United” feat. LXCPR. 

Considered to be one of Hardstyle’s most steadfast and focussed producers, Ran-D also takes this dedication to the wheels of steel, where he’s captivated crowds of thousands at Defqon.1 (The Netherlands, Australia & Chile), Decibel Outdoor, Intents Festival, Mysteryland, Q-BASE, Reverze, Qlimax, EDC Las Vegas, Tomorrowland and many more. Furthermore, Ran-D has recently welcomed in 2017 by taking centre stage at his very own X-Qlusive, a night that revolved around his steadfast loyalty and wholesome passion in Hardstyle. 

Now ready to continue kicking goals, Ran-D has proudly unveiled his next mission in the works! Titled “We Rule The Night,” this forthcoming musical project is set to change the face of Hardstyle, as this pioneer is prepared to overhaul and enhance the genre.
