Celebrating not just Ryan Elliott’s faith in a vital new generation of producers and DJs, but five years of his own meticulously curated Faith Beat imprint, ‘Have Faith’ is a bold new chapter for the Panorama Bar veteran. Before relocating to Berlin, Elliott cut his teeth spinning Detroit, so he pays it forward on this 34-track compilation, shining a dazzling spotlight on the local scenes and breaking new artists that promise to keep American dance music moving as it lurches towards a new era. When he was based in the US, Elliott realized how distant Europe felt for homegrown artists – not just philosophically, but physically. Two years ago, he set about excavating the US’s underground architecture, pooling contacts and tracks, and urging his wide network of friends to send over their best recommendations. The compilation coalesced organically, and pulls together a diverse canon of producers, offering them the global exposure they urgently need. Eighty percent of the tracks are from up-and-coming US-based artists from the Midwest and beyond, so with the 10th release on his label, Elliott lays down a glimpse of a possible future of underground house and techno that counters the scene’s contemporary Eurocentricity. This music was born in the US, and its evolution might still be in American hands.

Meet Regulardisco’s second compilation: bigger and juicier than ever. As always, we aim to showcase the bright side of the Ukrainian electronic scene — one that doesn’t often get the spotlight — while raising funds for the needs of Ukrainian defenders.
This time, alongside Ukrainian artists based both in Ukraine and around the world, we’ve invited some international guests: Hola Olas (Belgium), Martin Zetta (Brazil), and Good Catch (United Kingdom).
This compilation is truly a multi-genre piece, telling a story that flows smoothly from leftfield, rather abstract music to indie dance, with a detailed stop at Italo, space disco, and dark disco. From there, we journey through Chicago house and acid house, before ending with fast, dreamy progressive house seasoned with a breakbeat flavor.

Bitterness comes in many shades. The author of the piece examines various areas in which we experience bitterness – sensory, existential, metaphysical. Bitterness lies hidden in the taste of rust, absinth ecstasy, or the bitter-sweet feeling of love. It can be found in the cleansing herb of wormwood, which breaks evil spells.

The experience of bitterness encapsulated in the literary and folk traditions – including the poetry of Mickiewicz and Berezin, and the folk rites of Forefathers’ Eve and Whitsun – is enlaced with the embodied experience of traditional “white” voice...

"LKR hits release number 007 with a suitably smooth and stealthy electro offering from Ouxh. This is a new, mysterious artist making their debut, and an impressive one at that: the title track is a thoughtful number thanks to the lingering chords which hang behind muted drums and perc, while "Birdman" has a chirping bird lost in a rather eerie landscape populated by a corrugated bassline and unsettling chords. Last of all is the excellent "Coma Void", with stepping, jungle influenced rhythms and a tense vocal loop that pans about the mix to make for something brilliantly dynamic. On this evidence, Ouxh is one to watch."
