Jared Lucas (stage name Kap Slap) is most notably known for his mashups, mixes and original music. He built his sizable following as a touring DJ while finishing an Honors Integrated Business and Engineering degree from Lehigh University. 

Performing at universities and clubs across the country, the multitalented college-student-turned-DJ broke through thanks to his mashups and mixes – infusing the energy and groove of electronic dance music with everything from current pop hits to Motown classics. Kap Slap has since performed at major festivals, including KAABOO, Hangout Music Festival, Snow Globe, Made in America, Firefly Music Festival, as well as countless top venues and nightclubs.

Based in Omaha, Jim’s Bait Shop is a high energy piano and percussion duo that performs both original music and unique covers. The duo’s mix of up-tempo rock, infectious grooves and impassioned ballads has entertained packed houses all over the Midwest. 

 Growing up in Sioux City, percussionist Ryan McDonald took an early interest in drumming which lead to his study of Musical Performance at the University of Northern Iowa. Vocalist and classically trained pianist Jim Hartnett played early and often in his childhood home of South Sioux City. The two share interest and influence in eclectic music ranging from legends Paul Simon, the Beatles, Elton John, and Bob Seger to newer talent in Ben Folds, Dave Matthews, Muse, and Cold War Kids.
