South east London based JOSAAR begun he's musical journey from a very young age. After looking up to his two oldest brothers who we're not only vinyl DJ's, but one of which owned a pirate radio station from the late 90's - the early naughty's, it was inevitable that varied underground sounds were going to touch his adolescent ears and of course quickly became part of his life. 

JOSAAR'S eldest brother was also a true Drum & Bass and Jungle raver, whilst the other became heavily influenced by the wide range of UKG and Grime genres that London had to offer, with the likes of DJ EZ being his inspiration and idol. This sparked the youngsters interest in different styles of playing and mixing music together, it wasn't long before he found himself spinning tunes with his siblings on Vestax turn tables at the age of just 10 years old.

As time went on and he became old enough to gain entry to clubs, the house scene immensely captured the heart of JOSAAR! The dedicated raver who has travelled around Europe and other parts of the world to experience diverse festivals and events for the past decade, was also only DJing as a hobby during this time, he recently decided in 2022 that he wanted to become a bigger part of the parties by supplying the music himself. 

Alongside all of this, he recently enrolled into a music production course and has been cooking up some big plans to bring his own unique vibe to the table. The Minimal & Tech House world is yet to see the best of JOSAAR, and it is safe to say that this is just the beginning of what will be a great contribution to the musical landscape.
