After some well needed time off, some soul searching and rediscovering our love for the music we make we have written this EP. We are incredibly proud of this EP and even more honored to release it with Let's Play House, a label we love and respect!

Recent transplant to Los Angeles from Pittsburgh, Chad has been inspired by the many raves they’ve attended since their late adolescents. Their djing is influenced by the many great peers in the queer scene and they always strive to capture some of that raw energy in their sets.

In the past they have worked with MESH in Pittsburgh create parties that showcase queer, trans, and non-binary djs from across North America in a safe and inclusive environment for all. They also have collaborated with other Pittsburgh staples such as Honcho, Jellyfish and Mostbeautifullest to throw the legendary Maybeland parties. 

Chad has been fortunate enough to play queer parties throughout the North American scene and can be frequently found in the woods at Honcho Campout where they played in 2017 and 2022.

Most recently Chad has been working the Chardogay drag and dance party here in Los Angeles as their resident DJ at the Silverlake lounge. You can catch them on the decks there every first Saturday of the month.

Sub-Sane dropped into the scene with a bang in 2011 and has been making waves ever since. He signed his debut track War-Phomy with DEVASTATION RECORDS in that same year.

Sub-Sane (Michael vd Merwe) Was born and breed in the city of storms-Cape Town-South Africa and started playing guitar at a young age. Inspired by hes passion for the instrument he set off to Spain;s most renowned guitar festival, Festival de la Guitarra de Cordoba. It was on hes journey that he realized that playing one instrument was not going to be enough.

After a few months of Eurotripping (and a lot of scandalous behavior) Sub-Sane once again reached the stormy shores of Cape Town,where he committed his time to learning the ins and outs of music production- eventually becoming hooked on Dubstep's high energy and modulated sound textures. He never looked back.

Since then, he;s spent his time performing in a number of high-profile venues as well as various popular events, releasing fresh, original tracks on a regular basis.
With his pumping bass lines, melodic hooks and energetic stage antics, Sub-Sane is set to bring you high-intensity, original bass music.
