Ryan LaVictoire aka Dj Stamina started his mixing career back in 1998 within the Toronto rave community spinning a mixture of break beat hard core and Drum N Bass. Within about two years his styled quickly moved onto the break beat scene and was one of the first people in the club scene there to try and amalgamate the breaks culture into the thriving house scene there. Playing such major venues as The Orange Room in the Guvernment complex, Systems Soundbar, IV Lounge, Turbo, Film Lounge and Comfort Zone, Stamina immediately made himself known as a mixing force to be reckoned with playing marathon style dj sets spanning hours and in some cases even multiple days at a time. Around this time he started the self owned Endurance Productions company and hosted a radio show one one of Canada's first online radio stations (www.djshows.com) with a successful show called "The Marathons Sessions".  His list of residencies over the years grew and grew as he got to play along side some industry greats as Kenny Glasgow, Mark Scaife, Mark Oliver, Peter & Tyrone, Dekoze, Dj Icey, Dj Love Marty McFly, Big League Chu, Sydney Blu, El Durran, and many others.

Stamina's passion for the music and the craft is very apparent as soon as he jumps on the decks as he bounces and grooves with a "cut and paste" style of mixing using the tracks build ups to his advantages. No two sets are ever the same. After 12 years of professional mixing in Toronto, he made the move to the west coast and dove into the scene head first there moving more and more away from the breaks into the house scene. Vancouver is a very tight knit community when it comes to the dj industry so it took a bit of time to crack the scene, but once he did he landed a residency with the very well known Twisted Productions. He made himself known on the Granville strip at L.E.D lounge, Barcelona, Queens Republic, Lux Lounge, Ginger 62, Encore, Celebrities, and a most memorably Club 560. Stamina's affinity for reading a floor and playing the crowd is astounding if he's either playing a small room or a crowd over 60,000. His dedication and love for the community of House music lovers really started to shine through when he started a group called The Vancouver House Music Alliance. A group who's sole purpose is to unite a fellowship of music lovers across the city through awareness of the underground music scene, artists, events and even global and local talent.  As of today, there are few venues in Vancouver and surrounding area that he has not yet played. He was even voted into the top 5 best electronic djs in Vancouver by the Vancouver Nightlife Awards and Clubzone Magazine. Stamina continues to slay dance floors and blister feet where ever he goes. Not an act to be missed.
